Information we process
We process account identifiers, profile information, project prompts and files, agent-run events, collaboration messages, usage records, payment references, and support communications needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate private workspaces, generate and verify projects, meter usage, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
AI and infrastructure providers
Prompts, relevant project context, and tool results may be processed by configured model, sandbox, database, storage, communications, and deployment providers. We minimize transmitted context and keep provider credentials server-side.
Public content
Projects remain private unless an authorized member explicitly shares or publishes them. Public profiles, published projects, comments, and community posts may be visible to anyone and may be indexed.
Payments
Payment providers process checkout and payment instrument data. Cratorium stores references, verified amounts, currency, fees, and credit grants, but does not store complete card numbers.
Retention and deletion
We retain data while an account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, financial records, and legal obligations. Account export and deletion requests are available through Studio account controls or support.
Your choices
You may update profile information, control project visibility, export project source, leave communities, revoke shared links where supported, and request account deletion. Some transaction records must be retained.
