Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support with the payment reference and receipt email. Verified duplicate charges or incorrect amounts will be corrected or refunded to the original payment method.
Credit purchases
Unused one-time credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days where required by law, provided they have not been consumed, gifted, reserved, or associated with external provider costs. Consumed usage is generally non-refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel renewal before the next billing date. Unless required by law, partial billing periods are not prorated after included credits or workspace features have been used.
Failed agent runs
Credits reserved for work are settled against measured usage. Unused reservations are released. Platform failures that produce no eligible work should not consume the full reservation.
Premium builds
Custom engagements use a separate written scope, milestone schedule, and refund terms. A deposit is not treated as self-serve credit usage unless the agreement explicitly says so.
